Gary and Sam do all the work and Gary will provide you with an upfront labor estimate which will also be the final labor cost plus he will give you a receipt for any purchased materials. At the completion, you inspect his work & he shows you pictures; for ex. if you have some roof or attic work & you don’t want to climb up there to inspect it yourself. You pay in full upon completion. He has done two full days of repairs for me over the last 2 months & has shown up exactly the time he promises. I have never been so satisfied with any repair person. He represents an “Old World” quality of work ethics that you won’t see in today’s world.
