Gary is great! We needed help on a weekend and he was the only one who would come & did not charge us through the roof.  He fixed our problem and was very thorough with his troubleshooting.  He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  He explained what was going on and answered any questions we had.  He also charged very reasonable rates (better than any place else we contracted).  Since he is an individual rather than a large outfit you really get the personal tough and feel as though your job is important to him.  That kind of service is hard to find these days.  Reminded me of what it must have been like back in the days when you really go to know and trust the people who did work for you.  If we need anything in the future we are calling him first. Highly recommend”
