I called Gary early in the week, he came out the following Saturday, went through the inspection list with  me and gave me a price on each item that needed to be replaced or repaired. The man spent 2 full days in my house doing the 25-30 things on the list.  He did an excellent job and everything he touched.  He provided the receipts to me from Home Depot, he did not charge any mark ups, etc., went over each item to make sure I understood what he used them for. This man is a gem.
