I was charged only for parts used. Labor was completely separate. Gary suggested doing things that cost me less. That is quite unusual. Being a female, senior citizen, I am accustomed to being taken advantage of. Both young men were extremely respectful and kind. Last, but not least, they did perfect job of cleaning up, everything. I will be calling Gary whenever I need something else done.
