These guys are awesome! They are terrific to work with and very honest in their dealings.  You pay them for time and reimburse them for materials (they will provide a receipt).  Gary is so honest, he went line item by line item on the Home Depot receipt to show me the actual items so I would see every item.  He felt he needed to do this since the bill was over a few hundred dollars.
My attic is unbelievable. It is very easy to get in and out and lost of room now to store items.  I installed 2 lights to make it easier to see in there.  You may have to wait a couple of weeks to have them do your work but they are worth the wait!
