Gary purchased all the materials for the job and arrived on time.  He only charged me what he paid for the materials. The job took about 10 hours to do and the outcome is great.  I never realized how much space was available in the attic and Gary maximized that space.  He installed hand holds to get up and down in the attic and he wired up and installed two shop lights which is really nice.  His attention to detail really makes the attic usable.  He really does good work.
