The whole experience has been absolutely marvelous. Gary is a pleasure to deal with. While doing the work he chatted with myself and my wife like we were old friends. When he left for lunch he went to Home Depot and bought a grab bag of supplies he needed. Just as so many others have noted, when the jobs were done he presented us with a bill AND the Home Depot receipt, along with the bag of remaining supplies. Gary was here from 9:30 until 5:30pm and his bill was for exactly the amount quoted.
