FAQ

Estimates are scheduled on Saturdays only and are always FREE! We schedule our estimates on a first-come, first-served basis. If we become booked prior to receiving your confirmation email, we will gladly reschedule you for the following available Saturday.

Estimates are scheduled between the hours of 12-6 pm. It is hard to know a precise time of arrival due to certain reasons beyond our control such as an estimate taking longer than expected or our great Houston traffic. For your convenience, a narrower time frame (ETA) can be requested and will be emailed to you prior to the estimate appointment.

Job appointments can be scheduled on the day of the estimate. Our friendly technician will let you know his next available appointment for you. Since dates become booked quickly, we recommend you schedule your appointment at the time of the estimate to avoid any delays. You may also request a job appointment through email at a later date after you have received an estimate from us.

After we receive your online estimate request, a representative will carefully review it and send you an ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT email if one is available for your type of project within 12-48 hours. Thank you for considering us!
