"Gary did everything I asked of him and more.
He also caulked our walk-in shower, and, in his
words, "You've never seen a prettier caulking job." He
repaired our gas grill by replacing one of the heating
elements, and he also cleaned it until it looked like it was
new, inside and out. He cleaned out the gutters all around
the house. Finally, he power washed our siding that had
gotten green over time, and it was a job well done. He does
not do painting, but he did refer me to someone who does.
In total, he was working at our house for 10 hours. I can't
say enough good things about his work. He is professional

Gary was extremely professional when he came to
provide the estimate and found that the water was getting in
through cracks in the sealant/stucco and was coming in under
the patio door. He was able to caulk and seal everything on
the outside patio and around the door and did another nice
job on the interior ceiling and the wall, including matching
the brown paint color on the wall. Gary estimated that it
would take him one entire day's work but the ceiling repair
was much more extensive once he starting working. Even
though it took almost twice as much time as Gary had
estimated, he only asked to be compensated for the $700
estimate he had provided the week before. Gary is very good
at what he does. We are moving away from Houston but if we
still lived there we would use Gary's services again" |

knew that we needed a special hinge for the old gate so
between visits he picked up the hinge and carried it around
until we needed him again. He arrived at the appointed time
and performed the magic that only he can perform. In order
to make the refrigerator fit he had to remove the bottom of
the overhead cabinet- he made sure that I understood this
before proceeding with the work. The gate is absolutely
perfect even though he had to "engineer" the new hinge to
make it work to his satisfaction. And as far as the
"scarecrow" sprinklers- they work in tandem like a charm." |

responded to my request for an estimate quickly, completed
the estimate, and charged me exactly what he had said he
